Hands-on Cooking Classes The Famous Chefs Series - Coming this Fall! Two weekends in October we will be offering our popular hands-on Cooking Classes. The classes will start at 1PM and end around 5PM with a group dinner - where we enjoy the delicious menu we will prepare in the class. These are full hands-on participation classes where everyone gets into the act. We start off with a discussion of the techniques and ingredients we will be using for the day - next we review the recipes for each dish and then the fun begins - as everyone puts on an apron and goes to work in the Claremont Kitchen preparing a wonderful dinner. Each class will prepare a full menu - appetizers. salad, entree, dessert and a bread... plus we will taste some wines paired to match our food selections.
