• The Secret Garden Room

This incredible room is located on the garden level with great views of the evening Colorado sky and the beautiful grounds of the Claremont Inn. Inside this room is a fire place, a luxurious upholstered sleigh bed and to comfy rocking chairs. This English cottage flavored room is a favorite for Colorado honeymooners, couples celebrating anniversaries and the ever popular romantic weekend getaways packages.

• The Roman Spa Room

This is perfect room for couples on their honeymoon wanting to enjoy some romantic time together. This room has a massage table as well as an in room sauna cabana. The soft lights and extra amenities in this room are just right for a romantic escape.

• The Red Room

The deep rich colors of this room set the mood for a romantic escape with the fireplace and bar area. Couples enjoying this room are rarely in a hurry to leave and often order their breakfast to be delivered to their room.

• The Colorado Room

This room has a hint of a Colorado mountain lodge with its rustic timber bed and a furry bear showing up here and there. The deep colors and varied textures in this room make this a very popular room for couples enjoying a romantic weekend. The big window above the whirlpool tub is loved by many and feared by others.

• The Library Room

Located on the main floor of the in this elegant and stately room feels just like its namesake. The walls are lined with books and bookshelves loaded with travel guides and a collected memorabilia. A special treat for couples is the huge double shower in the bath. All of our guestrooms come equipped with small refrigerators stocked with complimentary beverages to enjoy on your stay at Claremont Inn in Stratton CO.

• The Claremont Room

This classically styled room is very crisp with its black-and-white walls and floor. The traditional cherry furniture in this room completes a very traditional Colorado bed-and-breakfast room. Our guests who enjoy the morning sun love this room for its morning light and bright feeling. This room is also on the main level of the Claremont Inn and is great for guests needing a room with easy access. This room also has a roll in shower for better handicap accessibility. If something traditional is to your taste check out this enjoyable room.

• Golden Prairie Room

This is probably the second most popular room for guests and honeymooners staying at the Claremont Inn. The luxurious king bed under the sparkling stars on the ceiling of this grand upper-level room is the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend. The room was named because of the view out of the windows of the rolling golden prairie. Double whirlpool tub in the sky painted bath is popular as well. The overstuffed upholstered chairs and ottoman are the perfect place to curl up with the book and relax and unwind.

• Waverly Room

A country cottage room with a little bit of whimsy and a little bit of grandma's house all rolled into one. The steeply pitched ceiling with it's plaid wallpaper are truly unique. All of the furniture in this room was custom-made to fit in its current location. Bright and sunny this is a great room for early risers. This was the first room completed when the Claremont Inn was being constructed so it's special for all of us at the Inn. All of the fabrics and wallcoverings in this room are Waverly brand and in 1995 as the Inn was being completed we submitted photos of this room to Country Inns magazine in a contest they were hosting and this room was featured in the magazine in Spring 1996. • Out of Kansas Room

Probably the most unique room of all of the guestrooms at the Claremont Inn. The out of Kansas name for the room came about for a number of different reasons. The room itself is decorated in an "Out of Africa" design with cool white walls and seagrass rug on the floor. Interesting part and artifacts make a the complete look of this room. The four poster bamboo bed and comfortable furnishings make this a very popular room for single travelers and couples doing the traditional Colorado.

The name – Out of Kansas - of course is a take off on "Out of Africa" for a little tongue-in-cheek humor that actually we chose that name because after years of being in the hotel business and having people stop at our hotel late in the day and saying "I didn't think I would ever get out of Kansas". The other reason we chose the name for the room was that the interior designer for the Claremont Inn project was from Colby, Kansas and so most everything at the Inn came from out of Kansas. That decorators name by the way is Julie Adolph!

• The Sunset Room

Another favorite with honeymooners and vacationing couples alike, this stately room is located on the upper level of the Claremont Inn with spectacular views of the prairie sky. Guests checking into this room are often treated to a beautiful sunset over the rolling plains reviewed from this luxurious room. Warm and cozy with a double whirlpool tub in the bath this room is ideal for a quiet, romantic, and relaxing indulgence. As Colorado bed and breakfast rooms go this one is a peach.

While many Colorado bed and breakfasts have romantic rooms - a truly unique feature of the Claremont Inn is the many unique common areas of the Inn available to all guests. Whether it's dining in the amorous wine cellar dining room at a candlelit table or curling up in the theater to enjoy a movie the Claremont Inn has something for everyone.
