Whatever the Special Event you are planning the Claremont Inn offers the ideal location to insure a memorable event. We specialize in small, intimate gatherings from two to eighty. (If you are planning a larger event call us anyway - we have a new Community Building across the street and we can help you plan even larger celebrations.) The lushly landscaped grounds and beautifully decorated common areas of the Inn  provide an elegant setting, privacy and memories for a lifetime. Our lawns, terraces and stylish public rooms provide a variety of locations for the various parts of your special event.

For most Country Inn Weddings the package includes all ten guest rooms for the night of the function, complete planning and catering of the function and use of the Inn for 24 hours. The package includes:

·          Rental of all 10 guest rooms (1 night - 20 guests)

·          Full Breakfast in the morning

·          Use of entire inn and grounds for 24 hours

·          Planning meetings and tours of the inn as needed

·          Use of white silk florals to decorate the inn

·          Innkeeper’s attention to detail

·          Reception with plated appetizers & champagne toast

·          Sit-down dinner

·          Special Wedding Cake dessert

·          Set-up and clean-up

·          Tables, chairs, linens, dishes & silverware as needed

This complete package for 20 guests is $3,995 plus applicable taxes and gratuities. In addition we offer the following items:

·          Additional Guests (up to a total of 80) at $49 each

·          Open or Cash Bar Service

·          Dance Area (3 hours) $500 fee - plus music charges
